Peter Smith MCMI, MInstLM

Peter established pjsmith.org in 2002 to offer consultancy services. Peter started in the private sector focused in sales, marketing and retail and has now been working in social care in the UK for 13 years and most recently bringing the private sector drive for innovation and value for money to the public sector. This work has been across a myriad of different fields, services and projects most recently the award winning One Link and now currently the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) for Adults.

Peter has a demonstrable track record in leading and developing staff teams, systems and best practice and is a fully accredited member of both the Chartered Managers Institute and the Institute of Leadership and Management. Among his expertise and interest is that of developing and improving positive working relationships across agency and professional boundaries.
